Matt du Jardin and Yossi ämoyal are two individuals with a very similar take on music, art and life in general. Although both hail from separate cultures, separate ways of life and separate musical backgrounds, they share a true Ying Yang partnership with a united vision of new wave music that they wish to share with the world. We are always doing away with musical boundaries and always pushing for new sounds!

Sushitech and sub-label Sushitech Purple both share the same generic vision - to have an eclectic variety of artists, music and artwork fused together to form an artistic and musical journey into the unknown. Sushitech will always support producers and artists alike and will never be categorized into one musical genre. Whether it be jazz, hip-hop, electronica, IDM, techno or minimal music, we always support good music and are always trying to evolve

Of the two sides of the label, Sushitech can be classed ‘without being classed’ as the darker side. It integrates an intelligent sound, with harder clicks, glitches and cuts. It works with artists such as One Token Left, Yossi ämoyal, Westend Ghetto, Franco Cangelli, and Disflex6, to name but a few! It is the side of the label without artistic or musical boundaries, yet it still manages to keep its identity.
Sushitech Purple is the square sounding side of the label, mainly focusing on house and electronica. It creates musical cuts that retain those elements to work as tracks, and yet still pushes new musical boundaries within. Artists on Sushitech Purple include DaFluke, Magda, Munit, Milos, Feuerkind, and many more.

Sushitech is in essence about unique projects from exclusive artists. Together with our designer, Jon Burgerman, we try to create an aural and visual pleasure for the listener. Our projects let the artist create without concern for musical boundaries, no matter what style of music it is. Sushitech will always support producers and artists and will always try to put music in the right direction.
