Issue#18 of our playlist series comes from [a]pendics.shuffle aka Kenneth James Gibson. The Echo Park, California based artist co-runs the label Adjunct with partner Konstantin Gabbro (Orac) and is best known for his „heavy“ micro funk style, prooved by numerous releases on labels such as Orac, Proptronix, Adjunct, Mineral and Mo's Ferry Productions.

The 2nd playlist for January is contributed by Jeff Milligan. Besides being "one of the most technically talented DJ’s in the world" Jeff curates Revolver Recordings, which he founded in 1999 and also cooperates with Mike Shannon, head behind Cynosure. Currently, he moonlights between Toronto/Montreal and Bratislava, Slovakia from where he manages the European side of both labels.

Our 1st playlist for 2006 comes from Los Angeles and is compiled by Konstantin Gabbro, who is one-half of Orac Records along with Randy Jones aka Caro and one half of Adjunct Audio along with Kenneth James Gibson aka [a]pendics.shuffle. He operates as a curator, art director, graphic designer (Adjunct), supervisor, accountant and more...

I spent a lot of time to think about my top 15 for 2005 - really a hard one and my choice is truely influenced by a lot of personal experiences and feelings that have been accumulated over the last 12 month's.
